True Bromance (October 16, 2015) - When Julien discovers Maurice is moonlighting as an advisor to Rat King Joey, the best friends break up and ask the divine pineapple for advice.

Not only is this King Julien plush toy a must-have for fans, but it also makes an ideal gift for birthdays, holidays, or special occasions. Children and adults alike will adore his softness and the enchanting world he represents. With this Madagascar plush toy, you can create your own stories and relive the memorable moments from the movies, all while enjoying the comfort and companionship of this lovable lemur. In Kaboom and Kabust, Julien and Rico have a "Blowing Things Up" montage which parodies "Falling In Love" montages - however, Julien was only interested in Rico to cause mischief and explosions; upon learning it's dangerous to blow things up with Rico, he loses interest. Koto, Plain and Tall(November 11, 2016) - Julien is lost in the jungle and accidentally saves a Mountain Lemur named Koto who turns out to be the biggest threat the kingdom has ever faced. Viva Mort (April 3, 2015) - After embarrassing Maurice, Julien tries to make up for his transgression, while Mort inadvertently joins an anti-King Julien group.Mort meets King Julien and Maurice for the first time when he falls out of a tree in “King Me”. Mort is depicted as an important character in All Hail King Julien, and is one of the four members of King Julien's royal circle, along with Maurice and Clover. It is in All Hail King Julien that his love towards King Julien's feet began. Mort is somewhat creepy at times, but also humorous. He claims to live in his own world, and can turn into many versions of himself inside his mind. When Alex performs at the foot of the Central Baobab Tree, he bites Marty. When the whole kingdom sinks in silence, he claps, which adds humor. Later, when Alex roars, he says that he is "going savage", causing all to run. At the end of the film, Alex decides to eat sushi. King Julien offers Mort to Alex, as a plan B, so he could eat him if he doesn't like sushi. This event adds humor, too. Andy Fairfax: Andy is a sneaky criminal in Madagascar, who often runs illegal business and operations. He is Pancho's partner in crime, and they do crimes together across the island, but these often end with being chased away by Clover. He usually has dozens of scorpions with him.

Julien appears regularly, often noisily and unintentionally annoying Skipper, "borrowing" things from their neighbors and pretty much everyone. He is the self-proclaimed "King of the Zoo" no doubt due to his former king status on Madagascar. Only Mort and Maurice truly believe and respect him as their king, everyone else just humors him, showing up to his royal decrees. Fauxsa Unchained (May 12, 2017) - King Julien and Maurice pose as foosa gladiators in a new plan to ambush Koto; Sage and Clover must face a confusing new challenge; Mort searches for a way to help his king. Bad-Year Blimp (May 12, 2017) - King Julien and his team end up on an island inhabited by space monkeys; Clover and Sage find a self-help seminar led by an old friend; Mort hides in Junk Harbour with Timo. Although Mort is both disliked and pushed around by King Julien, he does not seem to be bothered by it. However, he did turn on Julien in Mort Unbound when Kowalski's giant ray granted him super strength and size. He was shrunken down again with an antidote. He didn't want to be himself before, but in the end, he is happy of what size he is.Mary Ann: A female fossa who was caught in one of Clover's traps. She was an average savage fossa before King Julien captured her and "lemurised" her. She later became the fossa's leader and is also Horst's wife. While he still has moments of selfishness and is portrayed as a self-obsessed character, he still proves to be selfless and self sacrificing when it really counts, which crafts King Julien to a great and memorable king of the Kingdom of Madagascar, particularly when in comparison with his uncle. The character of Julien in All Hail King Julien is much selfless and less autocratic (probably due to the advice he got from his royal entourage), than in TPoM and the movies released. At moments, he becomes extremely selfless and caring, only in All Hail King Julien, to ensure that his people are happy and and his friends safe, no matter how eccentric and weird his ideas and plans are. Clover, who is only featured in All Hail King Julien, is extremely loyal to her king, taking the king as a colleague and one of her best friend. This is most evident in All Hail King Julien: Exiled, as well as the following examples: Return of the Uncle King, Body Double, Election, O Captain My Captain Pt. 1, O Captain My Captain Pt. 2, and The Good Book etc. In The Otter Woman Julien flirts with 'Arlene', unaware that she is Marlene. He has no interest in Marlene after her fur is dyed brown again. When Masikura convinces King Julien that the island is sinking, Julien believes building an ark is the only way to save his people.

Despite his desire for everyone to listen and do what he wants, he hates and ignores Mort, his most loyal follower, who treats him like a god! Most likely because Mort adores Julien's feet. Mort responds to everything Julien tells him to do as "I like..." followed by whatever Julien said. King Julien asking Maurice to shut up since no one else have the heebie jeebies on Alex. This occurred in Madagascar where Maurice voices out that they must be careful since Alex could be worse than the foosa. One More Cup (April 3, 2015) - Julien finds a bag of coffee beans in the Cove of Wonders and gets the entire lemur community hooked on caffeine. In the episode Right Hand Man, Clemson (the new lemur who becomes his right-hand man) intends to betray him and take over as king.King Julien appears as a stand-up comedian in the web series King Julien Stand Up. At some point after The Penguins of Madagascar, King Julien starts performing and broadcasting a stand-up comedy show for the other animals at the zoo, with Mort acting as his cameraman. He tells many different types of jokes, which sometimes involve making fun of other animals, such as the penguins. An unnamed violent version of Mort who is never seen in control, but who often poses aggressive ideas to the other Morts inside Mort's head (Seen in Pineapple Of My Eye and The Strife Aquatic). Mort says to his grandpa in Karl-Mageddon that this Mort accuses him for doing crimes that he can't remember of committing. King Julien and Mort, just before Mort swallowed King Julien in whole. Penguins of Madagascar: The Movie [ ] One More Cup, Part 2(December 1, 2017) - King Julien discovers tea, which becomes a huge hit throughout the kingdom, but when Karl's brother Bruce invites him to his coffee corporation, trouble starts to brew. Later that night, King Julien had a meeting of the lemurs and other creatures of the jungle in the plane. Julien insisted that if they could make friends with Alex and his friends, the Fossa would be scared away for good. Maurice was skeptical about this plan since he had become suspicious of Alex due to Alex’s predatory nature beginning to show, but King Julien insisted that being king, his ideas were the best, so Maurice reluctantly agreed to this but still held onto his suspicions. Though his plan was a risky one, he did this protect his people from the dreaded foosa. Though he becomes self-obsessed and ignores Maurice's warning, the audience sees that he only wants his peoples' safety and shows qualities of a good leader.
