I just received my bottle. I imagined something different from what it smells like, but I like it a lot! Yes, it shares some of the Prada L'homme DNA, but it reminds me so much of Infusion d'Homme. Blind buy worthy? If you want to smell like the clean-shaven, hygiene-conscious, top-notch dressed, bonafide gent? Hell yeah

I go to this often as a great office scent along the lines of L'Homme but this one is much richer and deeper. I love both L'Homme and Amber Por Homme. The most BEAUTIFUL opening I ever smelled. Worth getting especially being discontinued. Smells better than Prada L'homme to me. Performance is very good on cloths. For more than 8 hours i kept getting whiffs and could smell it next day as wellThis fragrance was released in 2006, and I remember vividly how enchanted I was with the smell of this fragrance which, as a small town boy, I only encountered via samples in glossy magazines. The beautiful ads featuring Eddie Klint certainly didn't hurt either. Italian perfumery at its finest. The idea is a very clean sophistication and it’s achieved. My advice is to sample and let it grow on you. It’s quite versatile. It’s very different from the wonderful Prada L’Homme yet you definitely feel the Prada running through it.

i’ve read through the comments of the comments, and i’m surprised that no one compared this to the parma violet sweet? I'll admit I was late on the bandwagon, tried it out a couple of times but ended up buying Prada l'homme. Came around to this doozy later on, and am glad I got this. There is no stand out note here, it all culminates into a linear smelling extravagant luxury five star hotel scented soap, 'nuff said! Lovely stuff, perfect for summers and close encounters. The Mrs. is coy about it, doesn't say outright that the scent is glorious, but keeps saying you smell like soap.

I was expecting a great performance from it (due to the comments), wich was a super let down (lasts about 4/5 hours on my skin with good projection.

My newer bottle seems to fair better. Unfortunetally my bottle was broken and the projection was soooo abysmal that I decided to return it. I will buy LNDL or Prada L'Homme instead.
