By the time she realized her mistakes and ascertained that she is in love with Jasper, the damage was already done and she has already done many unforgivable things. But fortunately, the Warriors killed those Monsters so because of this those normal people did not have any idea about those Monsters. However, as An Zhe gets closer to him, we realize how selfless he is, constantly sacrificing himself for the sake of humanity, never scared of facing death.

I really liked the exploration of what it means to be human and of the resilience of humanity in the face of death, it was touching and interesting.

It asks questions central to our very species: what does it do to a person to understand, acutely and with pain, the world’s capacity for violence? The translation is a bit iffy at times, but man I'm so glad someone volunteered their time and effort to translate this, otherwise I might never have read this.

En este mundo donde impera el pánico, cada personaje tiene propias convicciones y elige su propio camino, ninguno específicamente bueno o malo, algunos mas cuestionables que otros.There's lots of stuff about physics, evolution and other stuff in this that idk how accurate it is to science, but the way the author uses it in this book makes perfect narrative sense. These symbols meant there were mushrooms, man-eating vines, man-eating bushes, simply mammalian monsters, mixed-type mammalian monsters, common reptile monsters, highly poisonous reptile monsters, winged monsters, amphibious monsters, mixed polymorphic monsters and human-like monsters in the Abyss. They both experienced tragic things and if I wasn't informed beforehand that this novel is HE, I would have cried even harder. Im glad I gave this novel a second chance, if not I definitely missing out this wonderful journey of a little mushroom.
