When the recipe is ready you make your own gin on one of our small copper stills, guided by one of our talented distillers. Using our bespoke online platform, the holder of a Tailor Your Gin Online voucher can select a base botanical recipe and hero botanicals to create a custom gin. Please note that we require a minimum number of 4 attendees to run a gin school and if we are unable to reach this number, the class will not go ahead.
