Part of the Citadelle Gin Les Excentriques collection, this limited edition dry gin has been infused with cornichons from Maison Marc, who are kind of a big deal in the cornichon scene, if those are the circles you move in. Citadelle created the first artisanal Gin de France back in 1996 and continues to produce complex gins which echo back to styles popular in the past. Before being steeped in neutral alcohol, the master distiller selects the 19 botanicals that will complement the freshness of the juniper with tart, floral and exotic flavours.

Nose: Citadelle Gin exudes delicate aromas of fresh flowers highlighted by more assertive citric scents. It's incredibly clean and crisp, with a lot of brine and citrus flavours and a medium, tangy aftertaste. The result is a fabulous gin made with 19 different botanicals including Moroccan Coriander, French Juniper, Mexican Orange Peel and Chinese Liquorice. The 19 botanicals are infused for 72 hours, three days in which the Citadelle body is shaped and takes all its aromatic notes.
