Garrett has designed a new device Garrett Ace 300 to substitute a well-proven metal detector for beginners Ace 250. It is recommended to increase the Sensitivity only when the detectorist expects very small, or very deep, targets. In comparison with Double D, with Ace 300 the user has to wave the coil more and the chances are high to miss a deep-lying target.
