Juliet 'Bought for my three year old on her birthday. It was easy enough for my husband to build, but one of the panels had been roughly repaired so that was a little disappointing given the price and especially as it was visible once built. Overall however, we are happy, it looks good and it's great to have utensils with it and more importantly, my daughter loves it. Will buy it a cover but time will tell how well the timber lasts outdoors.' Lydia 'I thought this would be perfect, however upon putting it together all of the pilot holes were in the wrong place, the dowels were too small for the holes made & the wood split when putting together. Thankfully due to my husband being very handy he was able to fix it enough for purpose as we didn't have time to find a replacement gift. I would not recommend this product unless you have time & patience to fix the many issues!' Kay 'I bought this for my daughters who are 2 & 4 years old. They absolutely love it and spend a lot of time making flower soup and mud cupcakes. Easy to build and good quality. I would suggest treating the wood for it to last if leaving outside. Xmasevegirl 'The box it comes in is heavy so you might need help carrying it! It fits in the boot of a car- bonus! Annoyingly, the kitchen doesn't make any noise as the on/off switch is faulty, however mine's probably a one off. The hobs work perfectly. Be warned- it took my husband and I 3.5 hours to build, without distraction! You will need a hammer and some help! If you've got an electric screwdriver that will save time (and your wrists) too. Sturdy, perfect size and quality- despite my quiet kitchen!' Mummyofaprincess 'This kitchen really has captured my wee girls imagination, she just loves it! Bought for my daughters 6th birthday, took approx 3 hours to build with 1 person, instructions are slightly difficult to understand but repetitive so not so bad once you get the hang of it. It’s not as tall as I thought and the accessories you get with it is deceiving as the utensils are very small. No play food is included which is unfortunate but the difference to this kitchen is the ice dispenser which was something I’d not seen on any others and my daughter loves that feature too.' Auntie 'Assembly of it was not good, screw holes out of sync, cup hook holder would not stay in so we had to super glue it in and once finished it actually was not straight if you looked down on it. Not good wood so not advisable to leave outside. Glad we had paid promotion price.' Chez 'My daughter loves this kitchen she likes how the ice cube dispenser gives out ice cubes. She also likes the fact the jobs make a noise. Is very sturdy and instructions were easy to follow but did take a while to put together.'
