Description

This lovely monster cone activity is great for developing hand-eye coordination, fine motor skills and cutting techniques! Once your cone cupcakes have cooled completely, take your Halloween Frosting and place the frosting in a piping bag with a nozzle attached. In round motion, pipe a generous serving of the frosting on top of each cone cupcake. Add an extra Halloween element by squeezing some Red Writing Icing on the sides of the frosting around the edges of each of cone.

We also have a bunch of Halloween-themed resources to help you spice up your normal Maths and English lessons this October. For instance, you can use our original stories, like A Magic Muddle , and Writing Frames to inject some spooky fun into your English lessons at Halloween with KS1. You can also use activities like this Magic Muddle Odd and Even Numbers Worksheet to get your kids excited about maths this Halloween. How can you use our KS1 Halloween art activities? We think you'll also love this Halloween Aistear Cut and Paste Worksheet. Perfect for a craft-themed lesson!Place in the oven and bake for 20 minutes (You’ll know the cupcakes are baked when you insert a wooden skewer in the cupcake and it comes out clean). When finished, remove from the oven and leave to completely cool. This collection of resources also includes a range of KS1 Halloween art activities. Here’s how you can use some of our favourites: For the full recipe with measurements, head to the recipe card at the end of this post. How to make Ice Cream Cone Cupcakes Simple Halloween crafts are a fun way to help children build on a vast range of skills and refine their crafting techniques!

Preheat your oven to 180C/160C fan/gas 4. In a large bowl, whisk together the butter, sugar and vanilla extract. Sift in the flour, add the eggs and beat everything together until you achieve a smooth mixture. You need to use the ice cream cones with flat bottoms to be able to bake these in a cupcake tin. Askeys are a brand I know of that sell them, and they are sold at Sainsbury's and Waitrose. There are lots of crafty KS1 Halloween resources to help ghouls and ghosts practice their art and design skills - like these Fancy Dress Masks and Paper Models. Our Halloween worksheets and resources can be used both in the classroom and in any home-working environment. This means that they are perfect for parents as well as home educators and teachers. Because all of our resources are teacher made, you can be confident that everything you teach your children is accurate, relevant and up-to-date. Encourage children to get creative with this Design a Pumpkin Template - then, they can pass this on to an adult to carve a real one!
