However, the Poly Voyager Focus 2 offers you the option to get the office version which includes a base unit, and provides connectivity to a desk phone, computer or Bluetooth device. Once you’ve used a headset like the Voyager Focus 2, you’ll wonder how you worked without it. It really does make life easier, switching on full active noise cancelling in a noisy office environment almost teleports you into a closed meeting room, it’s that effective. I got the Teams version... which actually simple replaces the button in the center of the left side for a button that brings up Teams when pressed, or joins you to a meeting that has already started. I don't really use it, so I would have preferred to go for the regular version that pauses music with it.The Mute functionality is unreliable and sometimes won't even work from the headset. It seems dependent on the meeting application being used.
