Due to the milled out section of the XYL barrels I highly recommend swapping to a 16mm OD 13mm ID barrel as they have a far better dart fit, and allows the bearings to contact the barrel which makes the prime slightly smoother. This pistol-like, spring-loaded blaster carries almost as much of a frightening punch as the more expensive and iconic Calaburn (the top gun on this list) but is far easier on the wallet.

Overall it's been a solid purchase, if a little impractical since I'm only having wars with my family, but glad I got it! The Nerf Rival Prometheus is rather expensive compared to the other Nerf guns on this list, but it is a formidable Nerf machine gun that packs 200 powerful punches!
